Supporting life, joy,
and what matters most
at the end of life

PRN Allied Health Care offers occupational therapy and allied health services for people living with life-limiting conditions. We work with you at home to navigate functional changes, solve complex challenges, and make your end-of-life goals possible.

Whether that's managing symptoms, organising equipment, planning for comfort at home, or ticking off that last hurrah—we're here to support what matters to you.

ENQUIRE HERE

Sarah’s mum wanted the family in her garden one more time—all of them, including the grandkids. Advanced cancer, declining fast, but clear about what she wanted. We sorted hospital bed placement by the window, positioning for photos, pain timing, bathroom access, the lot. Seventy-three people came through that garden over one weekend. She was exhausted and exhilarated. Two weeks later she died at home, exactly where she wanted to be, having had her moment.

  • Supporting life, joy, and what matters to you—not just managing decline

  • Practical solutions to stay comfortable, safe, and independent

  • Making your end-of-life wishes and last hoorahs possible

We see people,
not patients

Every visit focuses on your goals, your comfort, and what brings you joy. No endless assessments, no bureaucratic delays—just skilled, compassionate support when you need it most.

We work with adults across Melbourne who are funded privately, through Support at Home and the NDIS.

FOR REFERRING PROFESSIONALS

We welcome referrals from GPs, palliative care specialists, support coordinators, and allied health colleagues.

We provide comprehensive home assessments, detailed reporting, and work collaboratively with existing care teams.
